Used with Replaceable Eyelet Punch Bits, Which May Be Interchanged, and the Eyelet Die, also Called the Hook Anvil.

May Be Used in Place of  Eyelet-Clsing PLyers, Especially in Place Too Far from the Edge of the Work to Admit those Plyers.
